In collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, I helped drive the strategic evolution of Bepanthen, moving it from a clinical nappy care specialist into a cross-generational skincare staple. Together, we bridged the gap between medical efficacy and daily lifestyle appeal.

From Concept to 360° Activation

I transformed the Always There For You concept into a functional reality by building a robust digital toolkit for multi-market rollout.

This centralized asset library provided the strategic and creative blueprints needed for 360-degree activation, covering everything from programmatic display and social storytelling to point-of-sale digital assets and TVCs.

By systemizing the tone of voice across diverse formats, I ensured that Bepanthen’s shift toward a lifestyle-centric audience remained high-fidelity and high-impact at every scale.

To bring the Always There For You concept to life, I developed a modular content strategy that addressed the specific clinical and lifestyle needs of three core products.

My goal was to create a unified narrative that felt equally at home in a nursery as it did in a post-procedural skincare clinic.

By mapping unique messaging pillars to Bepanthen Baby, Cream, and Ointment, I ensured the brand resonated across three distinct life moments: protective care for infant skin, seasonal resilience for winter dryness, and expert recovery after cosmetic interventions.
